Mission Committee is the primary connection between our congregation and the mission efforts of the PCUSA. It identifies, interprets and promotes world and local mission concerns and opportunites for the congregation. 

The Mission Committee joins the Social Justice and Peacemaking Committee for meetings and most activities.

Mission spending: UPC gives a significant portion of its mission budget to PCUSA, Synod and Presbytery mission programs.  In addition, our mission dollars go to other causes including the Tempe Emergency Action Ministry,  PC Medical Benevolence Fund, PC Theological Education Fund, and the Sky Harbor Chaplaincy.
